By accessing and using Sopen Net platforms (Zakkur, Omudia, Senmud), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Fair Use

Using our tools (especially Omudia for automated publishing) to generate harmful content, hate speech, or spam is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately in case of violation.

3. Intellectual Property

Content generated via Omudia or Senmud is owned by you, but you grant us a license to host and display it. The infrastructure and AI are the exclusive property of Sopen Net, Inc.

4. Liability

We provide decision tools (Zakkur) to assist, but the ultimate responsibility for business decisions lies with the user.
